Powder Scatter Lamination Machine Description

Hot Melt Powder Scatter Lamination process mainly involves evenly scattering hot melt powder on the carpet/mat/interlining through the combination of powder roller, knives, and sieves. After spreading hot melt powder on the base material, the hot melt powder is dried in an oven until it is in a molten state, and then pressed together with face material to form a laminated product.
The powder scattering part consists of a frame, powder scattering roller, scraper, hopper, brush, screen, swing mechanism, and other parts. Scattering is precise and even: with a high precision powder scattering head, powder is sent to the hopper after automatic powder suction. The powder tank is equipped with an automatic powder spreading device. With roller and blade cooperation rotation, carbon powder is evenly scattered on the base material. The brush adopts a CAM connecting rod type left and right fast high-frequency vibration to brush powder evenly. The brush lower part adopts double screen high frequency left and right vibration at the same time. This ensures that the powder is evenly scattered on the base material.
Different types of unwinders, feeding devices, drying devices, laminating devices, cooling devices, and rewinders are available for choice as per different application requirements.
