Kuntai’s UD fabric impregnation machine has special patented spreading device for uniform spreading of fibers before impregnating into resin. The resin content in the UD tape is well adjusted by adjusting the solid content of the dispersion. One day each line production can be up to 600-700kgs.
Besides impregnating, Kuntai’s UD fabric impregnation machine can also do resin coating, realizing one machine with multiple functions.
After UD fabric impregnating process, you can use Kuntai’s UD sheet cutting machine, crossply machine, orthogonal lamination machine, inspection machine, edge cutting machine to get both soft and hard products.
