Thinsulate sound-absorbing cotton is a two-component structure of polypropylene/polyester for automotive sound-absorbing materials. Compared with traditional automotive sound-absorbing materials such as perforated foam, felt, PET cotton, etc., the two-component structure of Thinsulate sound-absorbing cotton has the characteristics of strong sound absorption, lightweight, and fluffiness. Some with automatic conveyor belt feeding system, some with auto sliding feeding table, some with only manual feeding device, catering to different customers' requirements.

There can be auto clamp device for fixing the heat seal cutting mould on the upper board, making it convenient to change cutting moulds. Die mould clamps distance controlled by motor.
