Hot Melt Coating Laminating Machine Exfactory Test
Year 2025 latest customized hot melt coating laminating machine have been produced in Kuntai. From June 18th -June 20th, Kuntai’s cooperating Germany partner have come to Kuntai for the exfactory test of this hot melt coating laminating machine.
This new design hot melt coating laminating machine adopts two types of coating methods: 1) slot die coating method; 2) full roller coating.
This Germany partner’s requirement is to use both hot melt EVA glue and hot melt PUR glue. This is why this hot melt coating laminating machine is equipped with both hot melt EVA glue melting tank and hot melt PUR glue melter.
Apart from the breakthrough in combining the two hot melt coating methods in one machine, this one brings new solutions in unwinding and auto cutting and joining and in auto changing air shafts rolls in rewinding, realizing continuous nonstop hot melt coating process. This time exfactory test takes three whole days and the procedures are as follows:
1)Test the two sides unwinding and auto cutting and joining
2)Test the rewinding with automatic changing air shafts rolls
3)Test the hot melt coating laminating machine with the usage of hot melt EVA glue
4)Test the hot melt coating laminating machine with the usage of hot melt PUR glue
5)Analysis and Summary Meeting
